At L.A. DTG Printing, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, every once in a while, an issue may occur with an order. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned with custom orders, so we’ve created a clear and easy-to-understand return and exchange policy. Check our graphics below to determinate if you are eligible for a replacement.

OUR RESPONSABILITY

Oops! Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following are the case, we will take care of it. 

Faulty Products
If we provide the garments and the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.

Placement Issue
If a print is clearly crooked, off-center or in the wrong location.

Incorrect Image
If we printed the wrong image or design.

Wrong Item Sent
If we send you the incorrect type of garment, color item or printing size.

 

YOUR RESPONSABILITY

Oops! Somewhere along the way either you or your customer made a mistake. If so, we will be glad to help you to find a solution.

Ordered Wrong Size
Customer ordered wrong size, or it did not fit to their satisfaction.

Incorrect Image
Please, ensure you’ve chosen the correct image to be printed.

Artwork Issue
Low quality print as a result of not following our image requirements. (i.e. incorrect print size, resolution (DPI), color profile, etc.)

Incorrectly Provided Address
Double-check your shipping address for accuracy. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to incorrect addresses.

How to Request a Replacement:

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your costumers is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.

Please follow these instructions for an exchange:

1.   Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.

2.   Send an email with the subject line “replacement request” to 📩

3.   Please include the following: 

*   The photo (s).

*   Description of the issue.

*  If there are multiple designs in your order, please identifying the design with the issue.

*  Order # if applied.

Our support team will respond as soon as possible.

 

* Return claims must be made within 15 days of receipt by the costumer.

** All orders are final; L.A. Dtg Printing cannot exchange items except for the cases specify above
