Came in, worked with Alex and he was insightful, helpful and understanding. I think other print shops could have tried to do it quick and not get many details down, but Alex made sure that I was able to get my full idea expressed and even helped me redo my lettering so the print resolution would be better. It was a deal for sure. I would visit and try this service again because I felt taken care of. It was my first time printing on a t shirt and it was not a difficult process like I feared. L.A. DTG was a brilliant printer, and Alex was simply amazing. I have gone through MANY printers in L.A., and I couldn't believe that DTG was sitting on my street this entire time. I had a super specific artistic project - printing screenshots from a 10-year old video on Youtube onto silk handkerchiefs for a surprise birthday gift. I needed, as it goes, quick turnaround. Alex was so cool, so thoughtful, and genuinely interested in the project, and talked through the possibilities to make sure I got it in time for the birthday party. It was a weird project but he rolled with it, and the handkerchiefs came out beautifully. He EVEN MADE AN EXTRA T-SHIRT with the images in perfect color balance and alignment, just for fun, and threw them in. We had a great conversation about AI and technology, too. My friend freaked out and was SO HAPPY and shocked by the gift.
