L.A. DTG PRINTING Terms & Conditions

1. Artwork Legality and Responsibility

  • Ensure your Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing designs strictly comply with copyright and trademark laws. While we are here to assist with custom T-shirts and printing, you are solely responsible for the legal compliance and licensing of your submitted artwork. Review our guidelines on copyright and trademark.

2. Production Schedule and Order Priority

  • Our production schedule operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. No customer history, order size, or external factor will allow a job to jump the queue. All custom DTG printing orders are treated equally, ensuring complete transparency and fairness to all our clients.

3. Client-Supplied Garments and Spoilage Policy

  • When providing your own garments for custom T-shirt printing, you must adhere to the following spoilage policy:
    • We highly recommend providing an extra 5% of garments or a minimum of two extra shirts in each size as a spoilage allowance.
    • This allowance covers potential garment defects (holes, stains, color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, etc.) that are often only discovered during the DTG printing process.

4. Quality Control and Count Verification

  • We employ a three-step quality control process for your garments:
    1. Your shirts are checked in and counted prior to the start of DTG T-shirt printing production.
    2. Your order is counted again after the Direct-to-Garment printing is complete.
    3. A final count occurs before folding and boxing for shipment.
  • Action Required: Please count your shirts immediately upon delivery. You have 48 hours from receipt to dispute any count discrepancy.

5. Replacement Policy for Printing Errors

  • If a printing error occurs and is verified to be our fault, we will only replace the specific shirts that are returned to us. All misprinted items must be returned to qualify for replacement.

6. Production Approval and Changes

  • Your project will not move into the DTG production phase without your final written approval. Please ensure all details are correct before approving, as changes cannot be guaranteed once approval is confirmed.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any printing job or project without providing an explanation.

8. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due before production starts. This applies to all custom T-shirt and DTG printing orders.
  • Pricing Policy (Regular Clients): For our regular clients, prices are subject to change with two weeks advance notice.
  • Invoice Changes: Prices listed on an issued invoice are final and not subject to change, unless the customer makes a revision, adds an extra print location, service, or otherwise modifies the original scope after the invoice has been issued.

9. Shipping and Liability

  • Once your custom printing order has been shipped, L.A. DTG PRINTING is no longer responsible for any damages or delays that may occur during transit. Purchasing shipping insurance is left to your discretion.
  • Shipment Hold: Projects will not be shipped until full payment has been successfully processed.
